Without a doubt CAM Constructions (Craig Martin and his team) were professional, timely, organised, thorough and thoughtful from the quoting stage and during the construction of our second story extension. As the previous reviewer said they catered for our every need and Craig had some great ideas which we implemented and made our home even more functional with little or no extra cost. Our quote was also spot on - the only extras were extra fittings etc or changes which we chose and Craig organised these works to be done without hesitation. All work was done within the time frame he originally told us (even though there were quite a few days they couldn't work due to rain during the middle of winter). Craig and his team were friendly, experienced and went beyond our expectations. We lived in the house whilst the construction was going on with our young family. It was a big extension and Craig assured us that this was possible for us to stay in the house during construction and due to his organisation it was. We were kept up to date with each step of the process and knew what to expect almost every day. The site was kept immaculately,we loved the workmanship and the professionalism of his team and all the trades he used. As you can tell we would highly recommend CAM Construction and would use them again in a heartbeat.

CAM constructions have been an amazing help and catered to my every needs when Craig built my house extension.His planing and organization through our complicated extension was immaculate . With our new arrival on the way timing was tight Craig &his team worked many extra hours and delivered.The Quote was also spot on.Craig also has been around long enough to have encountered most situations that could occur with building so he knows the old ways and the new.In our case the Architect had made a big mistake on the Plans with the staircase(we would have been walking into Beams) Craig picked this mistake up early and found a solution & rectified it. Another thing i have to comment on is when the Building Inspector wrote out the Report The comment written at the bottom stated (Please Note: Workmanship on this site is of the highest quality and is to be commended.)Although we already knew it! This made my wife and i feel very confident. Craig & his teams work is of top grade and the finished product is amazing we love our home. I would recommend C.A.M constructions to anyone who needs work done, and I'm sure he'll give you the spectacular, reliable service he gave me.

Craig and his friendly and efficient team built our second level extension on our Cape Woolami house in 2012. The work was very well managed and built to a very high standard. The extension was completed on schedule, which allowed our family to enjoy Xmas in the house.Craig managed challenges as they appeared with initiative, and always provided pro-active communications. The progressive photos via email were especially appreciated.We can confidently recommend Craig as a builder of strong values and high quality.

Dear Craig, Shayne and i are writing to thank you so much for completing our renovation, we are totally stoked with the outcome, and all thanks to you and your team of craftsmen. We really appreciated your honesty and hard work and the way you and your team conducted yourselves throughout the build.You all took so much pride in your work and shared any ideas with us at all stages of the works, the work site was always tidy and secure, and as we were living out the back in the shed while the works were being completed we found nothing was a hassle at all and it was a pleasure having you guys there.
